Gas Masks

What occassions call for this wonderful accessory? I find wearing my gas mask to a wedding makes a certain "I am happy for you but if a nuclear war breaks out you and the groom are fucked," statement. Any suggestions?

Ha!

Last I checked it was considered a proper accesory to industrial events and... well.. industrial events.

Or a Slipknot concert.....

Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. Gasmasks are teh shit. I've sung in one before, just shoved the mic down the hose. It's a bit of a problem for me tho, either I don't wear the gasmask and I can see into the distance and look less cool or I do and can't but look like some kind of bizzarre insectoid...
-also...yes, fuck Slipknot
